Ashley Yarwood

Ashley is one of the counsellors at Psychology Counselling Online. She is a warm, friendly and compassionate therapist. She has over 10 years experience as a therapist and draws from several therapeutic approaches, including Humanistic therapy; Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) and Transactional Analysis (TA); Psychosynthesis; or, ‘soul’ psychology; as well as ‘traditional CBT’, ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Mindfulness based therapy (MBT). Based in Stoke, Staffordshire,  she can offer some face to face therapy in the surrounding areas (currently unavailable due to COVID), and online counselling across the rest of the country and beyond.
