Ashley has a Masters in Counselling Psychology, is a Qualified CBT Therapist, an experienced Counsellor, and also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching. She is a warm, friendly and compassionate therapist who has been working in the field of mental health for just over 10 years.
Ashley draws from several therapeutic approaches, including Humanistic therapy; Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) and Transactional Analysis (TA); Psychosynthesis; or, ‘soul’ psychology; as well as ‘traditional CBT’, ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Mindfulness based therapy (MBT). She is therefore highly capable of adapting her approach to best suit you and your needs
