Rosie is a qualified Counselling Psychologist with over six years of experience working in a range of mental health services.
She takes a warm, compassionate, and flexible approach, drawing on a variety of evidence-based therapies to provide tailored support that fits each person’s unique needs and goals.
Rosie has worked in both NHS and specialist services supporting people facing challenges such as trauma, addiction, and physical health conditions.
She has undertaken additional training in therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Solution-Focused Therapy. Transactional Analysis, Mindfulness, Systemic Therapy, and Counselling for Sight Loss.

Fees:
Self-funding: £110 per 50-minute session
