Becca
Qualified Clinical Psychologist
Becca is a qualified Clinical Psychologist, which means she is trained to use different types of therapies together to help people with a wide range of difficulties. She has over 10 years’ experience of working in mental health services and feels passionately about tailoring the therapies she uses for sessions to feel helpful in meeting the hopes and goals of the people she works with.
Becca has worked in specialist NHS services for children and young people, people who have experienced trauma, and women’s health-related difficulties.
Becca has completed additional training in EMDR therapy, interventions to support parents and infants with their attachment, and narrative therapy. She also draws on compassion-focused therapy approaches in her work, alongside other evidence-based approaches including acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy, and dialectical behaviour therapy.

Self-funding: £110 per session
