Helan is one of the therapists at Counselling Psychology Online. She is a warm and empathetic therapist with over 25 years experience in helping children, young people, adults, families and parents. She blends CBT and DBT to help those experiencing emotional distress (including self harm). Helan has further training and experience in CBT-e for those suffering from eating disorders. She is based in Somerset, and can offer some face-to-face therapy in Taunton and Bridgewater (not currently available due to COVID-19) and online counselling across the UK and beyond.
